Everything Velin.build does, and where to find it.
Velin.build runs two things side by side: the business that sells your work, and the audience that follows it. This page walks both, in the order they matter, and tells you exactly where each control lives.
Nothing here is a preview of what is coming. Every feature described is one you can use now.
The shortest path to your first paid job
Velin is a funnel: someone finds you, you price the work, they agree to it, they pay, you deliver. Everything else supports that line. If you do only these four things, the funnel works end to end.
Put your services in the catalog
Every price in Velin is calculated, not typed. You set one hourly rate and the hours each service takes, and the system does the rest, including adjusting for where the client lives. That means you never have to remember what you quoted someone last time.
Where to find itAdminServicesLook for: The 'New service' button, top right of the services list.Take me there →Set your hourly rate
One number scales your whole catalog. Raise it and every service reprices at once, so you are never editing fifty prices by hand.
Where to find itAdminSettingsLook for: The 'Hourly rate' section, partway down the settings page.Take me there →Build a quote
Add services to a cart, and the client gets a real document with the discounts already applied. They agree to it in the browser, and the agreement is recorded against their identity.

Signing and paying happen in one step. Stripe handles the money; Velin records the agreement, opens the project, and starts the work log.

Ways to package and price what you do
Beyond one-off quotes, Velin gives you four ways to make buying easier. Each is optional, and each is a real discount the checkout honours, not a marketing badge.
Preset packages with tiers
Bronze through Diamond, per industry. Each tier is a fixed bundle at its own rate, and creating one also builds a landing page that sells it.
Where to find itAdminPackagesLook for: Tier rows grouped under a family name, one marked 'Most popular'.Take me there →Seasonal offers
Over 300 seasonal beats across nine industries, each tied to real services. Attach a discount to a season and it runs only inside that window, then stops on its own.
Where to find itAdminSeasonalLook for: The 'Seasonal discount' panel at the bottom of any season.Take me there →Bundle discounts
The more someone books at once, the better the rate. Automatic, and shown on the quote as its own line so the client can see what they earned.
Where to find itAdminSettingsDiscount managementLook for: 'Discount management', with a checkbox per pair of discounts.Take me there →Decide what stacks
Some discounts should combine and some shouldn't. Two that reward the same decision would pay for it twice, so those compete and the bigger one wins. You control every pairing.

The storefront is yours to change
Your public pages are built from sections you can reorder, rewrite or remove. No code, and no ticket to anyone.
Edit any page
Pick a page, edit its sections, watch the preview update beside you. Publish when you are happy; nothing goes live until you say so.
Where to find itAdminSite EditorLook for: Page tabs across the top, live preview on the right.Take me there →Change the look
Colours, fonts and button style, from presets or your own. Your brand identity colours stay protected so the design cannot be broken by accident.
Menus and footer
Both are yours to edit. Your live services promote themselves into the navigation automatically, so turning a service off updates the menu without you touching it.

From a stranger to a finished project
Everyone who contacts you lands somewhere you can act on. Nothing sits in an inbox waiting to be forgotten.
Track people before they buy
A lightweight CRM for prospects. Name and one way to reach them is enough to start; add the rest later. You can photograph a business card and it will read it for you.
Where to find itAdminPipelineLook for: 'Add prospect', and the card-scan button on each row.Take me there →Answer enquiries
Your contact form writes here, emails you, and sends the sender a copy so they know it arrived.
Run the work
Each project gets a shared workspace: messages, files, links and a to-do list both sides can see. Clients stop emailing you for updates.
Bookings that manage themselves
Clients book from your real availability, and can move or cancel without messaging you. You can do the same from the calendar, and whoever didn't act gets told.
The second surface
Velin has two lanes. The business sells work. The audience side turns followers into participants: they earn credits, climb ranks, and spend on perks. Optional, and separate from your client work.
Credits and how they are earned
Define what earns credit and what it is worth. Credits can be spent on perks or against your services.
Ranks and badges
Rename the tiers, move the thresholds, upload your own badge art. Leave a badge empty and the built-in emblem is used.

Let supporters promote you

Knowing where the business stands
Your admin home is built to be opened first thing and acted on. It leads with money, then with what to do about it.
The money line
What you are owed, what is quoted and still open, what is signed but not started, your recurring revenue, and this month against the same point last month.
One list of what to do
Unpaid balances, unanswered enquiries, quotes worth revisiting, today's bookings and open to-dos, ranked by what they are worth and how long they have waited. Nothing is ever marked late.
Where to find itAdmin homeLook for: '// do this next', with a dollar figure on the rows that have one.Take me there →Radars
Tax deadlines calculated for the current year, grants you are chasing, and retainers coming up for renewal.
Track a grant
Add one with its deadline and it counts down on your home page. These are yours to enter: Velin does not go looking for grants, because there is no source it could trust.
Still stuck on something?
Every page in Velin.build has a help reporter that captures what you were looking at, so you can describe the problem without having to explain where you were.
